Delivery is included to events within 40 miles roundtrip of 94589. Every mile after is $3 per mile, including return mileage.
No. Unfortunately, by law, California is a "dry hire" state. Which means you, The Client, will need to provide all alcohol and liqueurs for your event. We can not supply or sell any alcohol.
On the flip side, you get to be in control of what you purchase. Splurge on top shelf, or keep it simple! Plus, if you have any unopened bottles at the end of your event--they are yours to keep!
No, we only supply the juices, sodas, and mixers that are needed to craft your Signature Cocktails. We only supply the amount of ingredients needed to accomodate the number of guest specified during booking.
Yes, if you add on our “Mixer’s Package!"
When you book our Premium Package, or Wildflower Package you have the option to add-on our ”Mixers” package. With the "Mixers Package" we will include a variety of basic mixers, juices, and sodas to enhance your guests cocktail options.
Without adding on the “Mixers” package, we only craft your selected signature cocktails during your event.
If you hire a mobile bartender, we do not need power--unless you request "Frozen Cocktails or Slushies"; then we would need a 120v power outlet.
Our Bar Trailer, Hot Chocolate Bar, Coffee/ Tea Bar, Soft Serve Station, and Shaved Ice Station will also require a standard 120V power outlet.
We can add a generator to your package for an additional fee of $150.
Portable bars :
In order to run a smooth and efficient service, our portable bars require a minimum of 5 x 7 square feet of space.
Bar Trailer:
Our bar trailer NOT including “The Ramp” requires approximately
16ft (L) x 8ft (W) x 8.3ft (H)
The dimensions of the bar trailer with “The Ramp” lowered is approximately
22ft (L) x 8ft (W) x 8.3ft (H)
We recommend booking a minimum of 3 months in advance, but no less than 7 days prior to the date of your event.
Bookings made 7 days or less in advance are subject to a $200.00 Late Booking Fee.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 3 days prior to your event date.

Yes, all of our professional bartenders are RBS & ServSafe Certified
A: No, gratuity is not included in the package price.
It is customary for our bartenders to collect tips during the event through a tip jar.
If you would like to opt-out of a tip jar, a 22% gratuity will be added to your sub-total.
