Wildflower Mobile Bar services The Bay Area, California and surrounding areas.  




Delivery is included to events within 40 miles roundtrip of 94589. Every mile after is $3 per mile, including return mileage.


No. Unfortunately, by law, California is a "dry hire" state. Which means you, The Client, will need to provide all alcohol and liqueurs for your event. We can not supply or sell any alcohol. 


On the flip side, you get to be in control of what you purchase. Splurge on top shelf, or keep it simple! Plus, if you have any unopened bottles at the end of your event--they are yours to keep!


No, we only supply the juices, sodas, and mixers that are needed to craft your Signature Cocktails. We only supply the amount of ingredients needed to accomodate the number of guest specified during booking.


Yes, if you add on our “Mixer’s Package!" 


When you book our Premium Package, or Wildflower Package you have the option to add-on our ”Mixers” package. With the "Mixers Package" we will include a variety of basic mixers, juices, and sodas to enhance your guests cocktail options. 


Without adding on the “Mixers” package, we only craft your selected signature cocktails during your event. 


If you hire a mobile bartender, we do not need power--unless you request "Frozen Cocktails or Slushies"; then we would need a 120v power outlet.


Our Bar Trailer, Hot Chocolate Bar, Coffee/ Tea Bar, Soft Serve Station, and Shaved Ice Station will also require a standard 120V power outlet.


We can add a generator to your package for an additional fee of $150.



Portable bars :

In order to run a smooth and efficient service, our portable bars require a minimum of 5 x 7 square feet of space.




Bar Trailer:

Our bar trailer NOT including “The Ramp” requires approximately 

16ft (L) x 8ft (W) x 8.3ft (H)

The dimensions of the bar trailer with “The Ramp” lowered is approximately 

22ft (L) x 8ft (W) x 8.3ft (H)


We recommend booking a minimum of 3 months in advance, but no less than 7 days prior to the date of your event.

Bookings made 7 days or less in advance are subject to a $200.00 Late Booking Fee.


We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 3 days prior to your event date.


REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS:

  • You will receive a full refund of your deposit, minus a $200 administration fee for any cancellations 60+ days prior to the date of your event.
  • You will receive a 50% refund of your deposit, minus a $200 administrative fee for cancellations made 30-59 days from your event.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days from your event will not be refunded.
  • You may reschedule for no additional fee, but the refund policy remains based off of the original event date. 


Yes, all of our professional bartenders are RBS & ServSafe Certified


A: At Wildflower Mobile Bar, gratuity is not included in our package pricing. We offer flexible gratuity options so you can choose what works best for your event and your guests.


Option 1: Traditional Tip Jar (Most Popular)

Our bartenders may display a tasteful tip jar during service, allowing guests to tip at their discretion throughout the event.


Benefits:

  • No additional gratuity added to your invoice
  • Guests may tip individually at their discretion
  • Most popular option for private parties and celebrations

Best For:

  • Birthday parties
  • Casual celebrations
  • Open-house style events
  • Events where hosts prefer optional guest tipping


Minimum Tip Guarantee

Our bartending staff relies on guest gratuities. If total guest tips do not reach a minimum of $150.00 per bartender, the Client agrees to be billed for the difference upon completion of the event.


Option 2: Hybrid Gratuity Option

For hosts who would like to partially cover gratuity while still allowing guests the option to tip, we offer a hybrid gratuity option.


With This Option:

  • A 15% gratuity is added to your invoice
  • Bartenders may still display a tip jar during the event
  • Guests may leave additional tips at their discretion

Benefits:

  • Helps guarantee your bartending team receives a base gratuity
  • Reduces pressure on guests to tip heavily
  • Creates a balanced option between hosted gratuity and traditional tipping

Best For:

  • Weddings
  • Larger private events
  • Corporate parties
  • Hosts who want to contribute toward gratuity while keeping guest tipping optional


Minimum Tip Guarantee

Our bartending staff relies on guest gratuities. If total guest tips do not reach a minimum of $150.00 per bartender, the Client agrees to be billed for the difference upon completion of the event.


Option 3: Host-Paid Gratuity (No Tip Jar)

If you prefer a more upscale or seamless guest experience, you may choose to cover gratuity in advance and opt out of a tip jar completely.


Gratuity Rate

A 22% gratuity, or $150 per bartender (whichever is greater), will be added to your subtotal.


Benefits:

  • No tip jar displayed during the event
  • Creates a cleaner, luxury-style presentation
  • Guests are not expected to tip
  • Ensures bartenders are fully compensated ahead of time


Best For:

  • Weddings
  • Corporate events
  • Formal celebrations
  • Black-tie or luxury events



IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Additional bartenders, added hours, mileage fees, generators, or upgrades may affect the gratuity total.
  • Gratuity is distributed directly to the service staff working your event.
