THE BASIC PACKAGE

Our Basic Package is designed for hosts who want professional bar service without the high price tag. It’s the perfect option for budget-conscious events that still deserve great service and a polished bar setup.

This package includes our basic mobile bar and an experienced bartender to keep drinks flowing smoothly while you enjoy your event. 

We focus on simplicity, efficiency, and value—no unnecessary extras, just everything you need for a successful bar service.

What’s Included:

• Service for up to 50 guests
• 2 Basic Cocktails or Mocktails (3 cocktails or mockktails for an additional $75)
• Basic Garnishes (Limes, cherries, oranges; no floral)
• Non-alcoholic mixers 
• Ice
• Disposable glassware for the bar 
• Cocktail straws
• Cocktail napkins
• Our basic bar (78"x 15" x36")
• Simple Menu (black and white font only, 10" x 8" clear frame; no photos; printed on card stock)
• Custom cocktail planning + alcohol quantity guidance
• One licensed bartender & basic bartending tools
• Full setup & clean up of the bar area

CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: 

• Alcohol
• Liqueurs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Basic cocktails/ mocktails are considered any 2-3 ingredient drinks that can be built right in your serving glass and does not require being built in a shaker.

(Examples: Vokda/Cranberry Juice, Tequila/Pineapple Juice, Gin/Tonic, Rum/Coke, Tequila         Sunrise, Aperol Spritz, Ranch Water, Old Fashioned, Negroni, etc.)

• $5 per person after 50 guests

• Add an additional hour of service for $125.00 per hour.

• One bartender per 50 guests is required; each additional bartender is an additional $200.00 per event.

• 4 hours of service minimum. Includes: 2 hour set up + 4 hours of service + 1 hour clean up.
